Second Anniversary

This is the second year since you have left me.

There is nothing much has changed for me, except I have completed the master degree that you had inspired me. When I was attending my commencement ceremony, I only thought of no one but you.

I watched this animation called "UP" by Disney Pixar. In the story, there's this little girl called Ellie, which bears the name of yours, and she grows old together with her hubby, Carl, since young. My heart was feeling so much for you then. When she passed away, her last message to Carl is, "Thanks for the adventure. Now go have one of your own." .. was it your message to me too?

Last evening, I shaved myself bald again. This is the least thing I could do to remind me how much you mean to me. Till today, I still feel so pain about the unbearable leukemia treatment that you have to experience. The pain that you felt especially the last few moments of yours left a lifetime impression on me. My mom was asking why I shaved again, and I just smiled. No one will understand all these between us.

Later, I went to this pub called "The Pump", and this song was sung - "Can't Take My Eyes Off You". It just brought tears to me, as this was one of our songs. You always sang this to me.
